I found SG Installations AZ on Facebook of all places, but after doing a little research and watching some of the videos they post about their installs I knew I found the right company. Scheduling my install was simple, even with a very short turn around time. Just before my scheduled time they called to let me know the installer was on the way. When they got here, they were very friendly and knew exactly what to ask to make sure I would be happy with the TV placement. Once the TV was securely mounted to the wall he even went the extra mile and made sure my surround sound setup was working properly. The TV looks fantastic up on the wall and I could not be happier! 10/10 experience for sure and I'll be referring SG to everyone I know looking for home theater work. Very professional to begin with, and I am sure a great company if they want to work with you. But, I wanted to tell you about my experience. It was littered with bad communication from the start. I was told I would have a quote within 7-10 business days. This never happened. I stuck with them for over a month trying to be patient, but I got excuses over and over again. In the end they told me my project would never happen. They waisted my time and money when remodeling my home. I would not use them when there are other great companies around.

So thrilled to have found a handyman service we can trust and rely on. I am retired and cannot get on ladders or lift heavy objects. We chose ACE because of their reputation. Our handyman Chris Simmons was more like a technician. He explained everything he was going to do to properly install our ceiling fan and the job turned out perfect. He was cordial and on time and he checked in before coming to make sure we knew when he was arriving. I would not hesitate to use ACE handyman services again, and I will be requesting Chris again for sure!
