Best Residential And Commercial Renovations in Phoenix AZ

I am writing this review to warn others about Holtzman Home Improvement.
Project scope: Remodel of master bathroom, replacement of toilet and medicine cabinet in guest bath, new flooring and baseboards with replacement of closet doors in two bedrooms, and removal of window in laundry room.
Start/Completion Date: The contract was signed in May 2020. They were not able to start the project until early August 2020. According to our contract, the completion date was scheduled for mid-September 2020. The final completion date was January 18, 2021.
Quality of work: The quality of work is excellent. All of the workers did a great job.
Selection of materials: Grace did a wonderful job helping us pick out the materials to complete our job. She was responsive to emails and calls.
Communication: Holtzman Home Improvement uses a customer portal to view your bill, look at and confirm your material selections, make payments, and view the calendar to see when work is supposed to take place at your home. There were numerous days when workers were scheduled to come to the house and no one showed up. There were no phone calls or texts to let me know they were not coming or when they might be rescheduled for.
Salesperson: Our salesperson, Lee, was great. He came to our home and put on a presentation of what our bathroom would look like after the remodel. He was very charismatic and definitely sold us on using this company.
Project manager: Our project manager was Daniel. He was here the very first day that work began for demolition. After that, he only came to the house after I requested that he make a visit. He never showed up to just check on the work and make sure it was coming along well. At the end of the project, there was no final walk-thru scheduled. I tried to call Daniel and several times his phone voicemail was full and couldn’t take anymore messages. There were a few small items that we were told would be taken care of and they were not.
The owner: The owner is difficult at best. There were numerous times that we wanted to fire this company and at one point almost did.
Overall: Holtzman Home Improvement is not a company I would recommend. I would have liked to have had more communication about what was going on and when workers would be coming to the house. The work that was completed was done well, but there were many problems with the cabinets, both with ordering and with production, which is why our job took so long to complete.

Robert and Enrique repaired some stucco on the back of my house. They did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend Todd Whittaker Drywall and plan on having them help with future projects.

Ben and his crew have some amazing southwestern home remodeling skills. You can tell that they truly love what they do!

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! We now have a beautiful kitchen!! Thank you!

I have used this company twice now for roof repair.
They are very honest, excellent quality, great communication, reasonably priced. They even clean up after they are done.
If you need a roofer, this is the company to use.

I'm not one to write reviews or post online; however, it would be a disservice to not share our experience with anyone looking to remodel. I posted the before and after pictures for visual reference. West Haven Builders did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. They listened to what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. They were professional, responsive, and provided quality service as well as outcomes. I trust West Haven Builders and would highly recommend their service to anyone who may be looking to remodel; you will not be disappointed. We will use West Have Builders for any future needs. CT

We had a complete remodel of our guest bath and master bath, and they look amazing! Paul and the rest of the team from Neoteric Builders did a fantastic job. We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

They poured my concrete side driveway. They were really good. Communicated constantly. The owner was onsite and communicated via phone and txt. I never felt that I was in the dark or did not what was going on. They did a great job.

10/10 would recommend Quentin - we are SO happy that we chose him to do our home remodel. We felt confident with our choice not only based on other reviews, but we knew right from meeting him we could trust him with the entire process! We we’re on a tight timeline and he assured us it could be done and did not disappoint!! From design ideas, to making sure it could be done within our budget, we are beyond impressed with how everything turned out. I have worked with the experienced team at the Luxury Remodels Company and am happy to have found them. They designed a stunning layout for my new kitchen and incorporated storage into the cluttered space. I recommend their knowledgeable team. You will not be disappointed.

I want to highly recommend DRC and it’s owner Dale Cox. My wife and I hired DRC to help us with whole home audio and video. We were lucky to find him. He was very reliable and he was very committed to delivering high quality work. He is also very pleasant to work with.

540 recently did a great job splitting a large living room into two smaller rooms for us. Very quick, paid attention to details, and addressed any issues we had. Highly recommend!

Desert Prestige Builders (Eric Linder and Ryan Brunelle) are incompetent and unprofessional. Eric Linder, Ryan Brunelle completely botched our 1,400 sqft tile installation.
Eric Linder admitted to not preparing the floor to ensure it was flat before installing the tile and admitted his company didn’t even own a 10ft straight edge to make sure the tile and floor was flat. They didn’t even know how to use the tile spacers correctly. They also went an extra step to prove how inept they were and put a polish on our matte porcelain tile that was not meant for use on porcelain tile. This lead to permanent unsightly streaking, hazing and clouding throughout the entire surface of the floor.
All of their incompetence and lack of skill also lead to:
-Crooked grout lines
-Unevenly laid tile throughout (so uneven in some areas that it caused tripping hazards)
-Over-grouting (grout covering corners and edges of uneven tile)
-Under-grouting (leaving deep channels between tile)
-Inconsistent grout coloring (ranging from every shade of gray to white)
They attempted to fix and replace several problem areas of the floor but failed horribly.
We hired an expert tile consultant to inspect their tile job. The expert found so many mistakes, that were so numerous, throughout the entire floor that he deemed the tile job unsalvageable, and it would therefore need to be completely demolished and replaced.
We shared the expert’s findings with Eric Linder and asked for our money back. He said he would contact us within 24 hours. We did not hear from him.
Desert Prestige still has not refunded our money. Dealing with Desert Prestige has been a nightmare. We have lost a large sum of our hard-earned money, and have had to pay again to completely replace their disastrous tile job! Please be aware that there is not adequate protection for consumers! Please do your research! Read reviews! This is the first negative review I have ever written. I hope this saves others from making the huge mistake of hiring Desert Prestige Builders, Eric Linder or Ryan Brunelle.

In fact, they prove their true character when Ryan Brunelle, a business partner of Desert Prestige Builders, has posted a 5 star review on Google under his own business Desert Prestige Builders!!!!

Excellent product. Transformed my kitchen without having to totally rebuild my cabinets. Only thing better was the excellent service provided by Granite Transformations crew.

From the first contact with Daniel in Sales to the installers it’s been a refreshing experience. I had another contractor for demo and cabinets and they all had to work together. Could not be happier with the results. Thank you for saying and doing what you said you would. I hope to make use of your reference program. Happy Holidays
