My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! I had the best experience dealing with Trinity Home Center! The owner Anthony was so helpful and cared about the final product. He was always there to help us with our kitchen remodel. The best price, product and service in the business. My wife and I both recommend this business and in the future we would not use anyone else. Best experience dealing with Trinity. This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

We are very happy with all the work done by West Haven. Quality is second to none.
They really treated us right.

I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

I hired Mesic Contracting to do a bathroom remodel. They were very responsive and helpful in helping me pick out a new tub, accessories, and paint. The bathroom came out beautiful! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
