Home Concepts did our master bath remodel and we were very pleased with the process and the results. From the planning to the final walkthrough, everything was done in a professional and courteous manner. The quality of the work was superb and the finished product was exactly how it was designed. We look forward to using them again on our future remodeling projects.

To be fair, the team at Design Lab did get our vision for the kitchen and bath remodel we planned, and their designs did, eventually, work out. HOWEVER, we’d suggest, should you opt for their services, to be very clear about what services they plan to provide and to be certain that they are doing what they promised correctly. In our experience:

1. Design Lab represented themselves as the lead team for our remodel. Without telling us, after we hired the contractor they introduced us to, they signed a contract with the contractor and Design Lab became a subcontractor. This created confusion for all parties throughout the project.
2. We kept the same footprint in the kitchen. Despite this, Design Lab did not measure the existing cabinets correctly. The cabinets they ordered for one wall would not have fit. Fortunately, the contractor identified that issue, but it led to a 2-week delay.
3. There was a gap from design to construction, which was our choice. By the time the project started, the kitchen cabinets we had selected were no longer available. Rather than telling us, Design Lab simply ordered different cabinets they thought we’d like. We didn’t like their choice. This led to a 4+-month delay, during which we had no kitchen.
4. Design Lab often did not order sufficient quantities of materials (like tile, cabinet filler, crown molding, kitchen cabinet knobs). In the deal they made with the contractor, Design Lab apparently maintained control over ordering materials and supplies. This added time and frustration, because projects could not be completed in one visit from the trades brought in by the contractor. All these issues led to completely using the contingency piece of the project budget, even though there was only 1 change order ever made.
5. Design Lab incorrectly ordered the backsplash tile, when they made up for the shortage of the first order. We had 2 different style tiles waiting to be installed, but fortunately this was spotted by the contractor before the tile was to be installed. Design Lab also ordered kitchen knobs that were different from what was in the specs.

All of this made a project the contractor estimated would take 6 weeks ultimately take 8 months!

Very pleased with our new expanded kitchen and other renovation performed by Quentin's Urban Element professional staff. Heartily recommended!

We had an amazing experience with Kenny and his crew. Kenny was very attentive and communicated well in all aspects of our remodel. We replaced all flooring, filled in a sunken living room, replaced all doors and windows, as well as all baseboards, remodeled the master bathroom and kitchen and painted the inside and outside of our home, all in three months time. We highly recommend him!

Received call back quickly regarding household issue I was unable to handle. Randy fixed it quickly and showed me how to do it correctly next time. I will definitely use him again. Price was fair.?

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

Ray and Tatum did an amazing job on our entire home remodel. They renovated our entire kitchen, added a pantry, remodeled both bathrooms and every detail in between. They were very easy to work with, had very reasonable pricing and helped keep every piece of the project on track. Our house looks amazing and we could not have done it without them.

Shannon at Bespoke Builders is awesome. He’s work is high in quality and efficiency. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! I would recommend Bespoke Builders to business owners who are looking for quick, efficient, and highly competent general contractor work!

These guys remodeled our dental office front area and did a wonderful job, I would recommend if your looking for a quality contractor that doesn't overcharge for their service!

Remodel of the main bathroom, Friendly contractors. Install Manager, not responsive and was very unprofessional in communication with the customer. The large tile was not installed per the recommendation from the manufacture so tile walls are uneven in shower. They did attempt to fix it, but you can't fix the tile being installed incorrectly. Susggestion: READ the preferred installation INSTRUCTIONS from the manufacture on the box..
They do not do any drawings so communication between trades needs help and monitoring... Somethings get over looked and then can not be completed like placement of niches in shower.

I think this project was just out of their scope of what they can do, but they sold it as they could handle it..

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! Republic West staff and contractors were great to work with and resulted in a completed kitchen project on time and on budget! New granite counter tops, rock back splash, lighting, etc. We are so happy with the end result.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality.
