Having observed TWD during their painting operation of the Sun City Grand Administration buildings, I requested a bid from them to repair and paint the exterior of a local church sanctuary building including several other amenities on the premises. They not only were they low bid but were available to meet our schedule and work around the church services. They cleaned up the premises daily before leaving at the end of their work day. The daily workers and superintendent were very professional and were eager to provide extra touch up work in order to try and blend in areas of poor stucco work previously done by others. this was done at no extra cost. They insisted that we do multiple walk throughs so that they could address any concerns we might have missed. I will recommend them again for any future repair and painting work.

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made this project easy and painless. I would recommend the Legacy Team for any of your remodel projects. You won't be disappointed.

did not give a quote on time but kept our $5000 deposit against which we got nothing - no estimate, no design, no drawing and no permit. they said just to show up they charge that much.

From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.

It was a pleasure employing Premier to complete our kitchen remodel. They are a well organized professional group. Kept the lines of communication open, work clean. Great follow through.

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

My experience with Cornerstone Cabinet Co. was nothing short of amazing! Very professional and helpful in making my kitchen beautiful. I am more than satisfied with the job they did! Great company and great service!!

If you use this company, make sure to ask that Casey Darland for tile work (such perfection) and Jesse for the stucco wall work (there is not one flaw on our walls- from texture to smooth!!!). These 2 made it all worthwhile.

We committed to this project in November 2021. The bathroom (gut out) project started in August 2022 and was completed in December 2022. They worked 2-3 days a week during the last couple of months. The supply shortage and finding good people to work is real. (This company does not hire just anyone and that’s a plus)

We had some bumps along the way but the company worked to resolve them in a professional way and the work is beautiful.

Working with Oron and his team at FHR was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From our very first meeting, Oron and Antonio walked thru my home, listened to my needs/wants, explained their process, and were so friendly and personable, it was a no brainer that we would move forward with them. Antonio designed the perfect kitchen for us and made it easy and fun to pick out countertops, tile, flooring, etc. Oron stayed in contact the entire time, explained everything that was happening, and answered all of my questions. The work was top notch, and we are very happy with our new remodeled home. We did an entire kitchen, one bathroom, floors throughout, interior paint, and even built in a new laundry room. They even assisted with very nice touches like replacing lighting, installing appliances, and other nice touches. We will definitely contact FHR again with more house projects!

I had Arizona Electrical Solutions do a ton of work on my condo. They did everything very well. Very responsive, polite, and punctual. I'm so relieved I found these guys and have peace of mind knowing I have my electrical needs covered in Phoenix! Strongly recommend.

These guys remodeled our dental office front area and did a wonderful job, I would recommend if your looking for a quality contractor that doesn't overcharge for their service!

And as promised they we're on time and very professional. Ben came out to do the repair and told me up front what the cost would be and what was wrong. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
He fixed the problem which we had a leak and all the free on ran out.
He put in what he could at the time and reassured me someone would come out the next day to add the rest. He wasn't even gone a hour when George called and asked if he could come the next morning to add the rest and double check to make sure it was still working. And he arrived on time. I Highly Recommend them! Both friendly and professional. Without there work we wouldn't have any heat. It was so nice to finally have a warm house.

We recently moved into a 20 year old home with original custom maple cabinetry. The layout was good enough so it did not make sense to rip it out. After reading positive reviews, we called BTN to take the tired kitchen and family room from bland to beautiful. Dan came and spent several hours working with us on the best solution. Timeline from initial meeting to finished project was about 5-6 weeks. All the yellowed maple cabinets now look fresh and modern with a combination of replace, resurface and repaint. The family room was carefully “painted” with a smooth acrylic finish of 3-4 coats that will withstand use and cleaning. The dated old open deep TV section was covered by 4 replacement doors custom made to match the intricate stepped pattern on the other doors and painted to match. The kitchen plan was good, but Dan replaced the impractical wine rack and corner open cabinet with new cabinets. The opening for the new wall ovens was enlarged and reinforced for the new appliance. All of the kitchen cabinetry was resurfaced with veneer to match the soft gray stained alder doors we chose and we used the darker gray stain doors and veneer on the island. Dan’s team, from painters to carpenters was professional, efficient and highly skilled. The result is fantastic and we are very pleased with the result. If you are considering a refresh of your current cabinetry in any, you could not make a better choice than Better Than New!

After an initial miscommunication (on my part) the office responded professionally - very pleased so far.
