My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

I have worked with Jeff for over 5 years in our home remodel projects. His knowledge is broad because he has done all jobs related to cabinets and countertops working his way from the ground up. He knows design and installation like no other. His skill set is critical because he never overlooks the tiny little details that make a huge difference in the end. He is easy to reach, prompt to return calls and does his very best to be available to meet you at the showroom, or at your job site, to accommodate your needs. He is on time for appointments, communicates with you about the status of your order so you can keep your contractors lined up and keep your schedule on track. Not everyone does all this, or has people that understand the importance of timing. We have shopped around a lot, and twice used other companies, but learned our lesson and just go to Jeff for our cabinet or countertop needs now. I hesitate to refer anyone, but Jeff is one of only 3 people I would recommend to others. (For the other two, one does hardscapes and one is a painter.) Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

We just bought a house. The tiles in the bathroom were horrid. The Pro Bathtub Refinishing's team did a fantastic job! It looks so much better in its new white-sands color, and texture. The finish even covers the grout, which makes it very easy to keep clean. I am so glad we called them.

As a subcontractor it's great to work with people that have a knowledgeable staff!

I'm not one to write reviews or post online; however, it would be a disservice to not share our experience with anyone looking to remodel. I posted the before and after pictures for visual reference. West Haven Builders did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. They listened to what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. They were professional, responsive, and provided quality service as well as outcomes. SHEWORKS WORKS! They did a great job on my house with both interior and exterior electrical work and amazing drywall patch work. They covered up all the poor craftsmanship that was done before SHEWORKS came through. 80z neighbor Contracting is top-notch. They are number one in the valley. They have helped me with all my home improvement needs.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

Wouldn't Recommend
My husband and I were really looking forward to updating our home and adding some value to our property. We had two other companies come to our home, and Republic West Remodeling seemed to be the best, at first. We originally had one designer, who wasn't supposed to be our designer, but we were placed with this first one because the other person had a family emergency. When meeting with the designer, everything seemed great, all this different stuff was going to be added that wasn't originally in the contract, and it was getting much more personalized. But, then I never heard from that designer again, they never conveyed it to the person who wrote our contract, and then our home wasn't being done the new way I believed it would. Instead we just heard it would be about 5,000 over our already insanely large budget. Then the designer we were originally supposed to have became the designer once again, but never even came to our home. For our master shower we had a tile picked out, and we said it was too expensive. So, they got a less expensive tile that couldn't be on the bench for our shower and didn't even think to get a pencil liner to match it. This is when it was our last straw. I emailed the designers about the lack of communication and how it was unprofessionally considering we are not some big fancy home in Scottsdale, but we are paying A LOT of money for this work. I also called and texted, even the person who wrote our contract. NO RESPONSE from any of them. I am not a mean person, just a simple I AM SORRY would have made me feel better. To me the designers and the business did not care about our home. It was just another job that they don't have to worry about. The owner of Republic West called us, helped solve some things, but the cheapest way possible for them. The workers that came to the house were always great. The manager for the project was good, he cared about our situation and helped out. In the end our stuff looks beautiful. Is it perfect and exactly what we wanted? No. But, I am glad I never have to worry about them again. For what we paid, it was not worth it. If we were to do it again, we would have went with someone else. We know home updates never go as planned, but this was a whole different ball game of bad. They cared about the checks, not us and our home. I believe a professional business should not even have to share with their costumers that we won't have this original designer because of their family emergency. Just find someone else to take over, and if you need to switch just let them know it was for a business reason. I truly hope they treat costumers far better than they treated us, but I wouldn't take the chance!

This was my mother (Becky) dream kitchen. Dad made sure it was what she wanted. I gave her great Joy. During this time we discovered she had cancer. All though she did not cook much as the cancer got worse. She always had smile whether in it or looking at it. Dad has always she was more than worth it and wished it could have been done sooner. Joe and his teem did a wonderful job. Some snags now and then. They did more than just the kitchen. Moved a wall, fixed nice enclosed launder, took out a fire place, and replaced the doors. Mom is with Jesus 6 years now and we still talk about how Joe's work made her happy. Thank you Joe
