HIred Pacific Bath to tear out bathrub and replace with walk-in Lux Stone shower. The product itself is very nice. What was disappointing was the damage they made during installation and the fact I ended up having to hire another contractor to repair (approx $500). They broke a hole thru to the nextdoor guest bedroom, gouged the bathroom ceiling, gouged the beadboard and the bathroom door. They fixed the bathroom door by putting filler into the gouges without trying to match the door paint. They patched the bedroom wall but didn't paint. For almost $15000, I figured I should get a first class product AND installation. Overall, a huge disappointment and a bigger pain in the aXX to get repaired.

From the beginning of the process including the initial call, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the professionalism extended to me by Audra, Paul and their talented crew. Audra is very detailed oriented and has amazing design skills. Paul and his crew are very conscientious and provided many barriers to protect my home during the construction process. I already have other projects planned for this very trustworthy company. Also, I felt the cost was very reasonable I would not hesitate to recommend Sunset Tile & Bath to anyone.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

Very poor service! They promise the job will be great but when the technician arrived he spent more time outside talking to a man who pulled up next to my driveway than he spent doing the job. After he finished the application he showed me what he had done. I pointed out all these imperfections. He said he would come back but I had to call the company to find out what was going on. I was told the technician randomly came by one day but I wasn't home so the matter was resolved. I provided the office lady Colleen with photos and she claimed the job could not be perfect like a new tub. I said these imperfections need to be fixed. She sent her technician out and he removed the coating and said goodbye. Colleen called and said they didn't think I'd be happy with their application so this was the end of the project. I was told I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting for a refund. I hired another company and they agreed the job done was not done right. The tub should have been stripped first(it wasn't). Still waiting for a refund. I found there is no history of this conpany on BBB and they see not listed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so I would avoid them!

Colleen blames the customer but she totally ignores the photos showing bubbling and puckering of the acrylic material in all the other areas. Her tech Tomas told me the tub would be ready to use in 24 hours. A tile guy came out 72 hour later and gently taped off the wall from the tub using painters tape. Where the acrylic was bubbled the worst it peeled. I showed these photos and explain what happened to another company in town and they said that it should never peel off with painters tape after three days of drying, and they also agreed with me that the bubbling and puckering is abnormal and that is not a good job, and it shows that the material applied was not adhering properly and that is definitely a company problem not mine And despite saying that I have received a refund, I have not received a refund. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the ROC.

I went into the Diamond Showroom on a friends advice to speak with Mike Johnson. He is a true pro! Extremely knowledgeable and came up with suggestions I hadn't even considered.

We hired A-Z Granite to remodel basically our entire home. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations! My home is flawless! Veny and his team was pleasure to work with. The entire process went very smooth from start to finish. I loved that they paid attention to the small details. From countertop to fire place to floors! Very professional and the quality of their work is amazing! Highly recommend.

I recently had my shower remodeled by Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay. I was very impressed with the installers. Everything was done in an organized and methodical manner. My new shower looks great and is so nice to clean.

I have dealt with several Contractors over the last few years. Shane and his partner were by far the best. Can't say enough about the quality of work. Top Notch! Intended to post photos but Google isn't giving the option.

Do not use Re-bath!!!!!! Scam alert!!

We had our bathroom fully remodeled by them four years ago. We had nothing but issue after issue while they were doing the install. Ruined our carpet. Installed things wrong. Completely under qualified for the job.

Fast forward four years later… you’d think the quality of work would be there for $30,000, right?! Wrong. We have water damage. The panels on the wall are flexing. The grout in the tile, that the Re-bath employee laid is washing away. Called the corporate office. They don’t cover any of it. Not even the grout or tile. Run. Don’t walk away from doing work with this company, RUN!!!!

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything
