From the planning to the final walkthrough everything was done in professional and courteous manner. The quality of work was superb and the finished product was exactly how it was designed. We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Exceptional experience. We had an old bathtub removed and a new shower installed. Jeff was very professional, kept us informed throughout the whole process, made sure we were happy with everything and when the job was done made sure everything was clean. Wouldn’t go with anyone else and would request Jeff.

What a fantastic experience this has been with my new cabinets. I was impressed with Chris listening to what I would like, to giving me options of what I could do with the space allotted. I was also pleasantly surprised how quickly the cabinets arrived. I would like to say both Sabastian and Vincent did an outstanding job in the installation of the cabinets! They were both professional, respectful, attentive to detail and cleaned up at the end of the install. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for new cabinets!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He completed our bathroom remodel in about 2 weeks. This experience was worlds above our last experience with a different company. I would definitely recommend him.

ArDan has done several projects for us recently as we remodel our home.....from a squeaky, misaligned front door to the living area to a new quartz front on our fireplace to the kitchen. Wouldn't use anyone else, and we look forward to the next project.
