Best tile work I have ever seen. Ran my hand down the wall and never caught it on the grout joints. Perfectly even. John and his team were excellent to work with every step of the process. His pricing is very fair and honest. They were very flexible and even made suggestions for the design changes. I am recommending him to our close friend for some work. Definitely will use their service again.

We Purchased 2 showers with Rain Glass doors & 1 Soaker tub. Great product And installation but i had a problem With then sending in the final invoice To close the zero interest on the deal But i got to the right guy & missionDone ?? So i called and wanted toAdd a shower wand like in the 1stShower witb a slide door & Yikes$1850 ADD … So we passed !!This could have been a 5 star reviewIf there was service after the saleI would have been happy to pay $1000Or so But $1850 !! Tell me to BEND OVER !! Seriously !!! $1850 !!

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix did an exceptional job for us. It was my first time having them, will indeed consider them for any bathroom remodeling in the future. I highly recommend it.

I had to decided to get a lot of work done on my home all at once. After trying to coordinate several different contractors with various failed results a friend suggested I try a general contractor. I met with several and no one seemed really interested until I met with Mike at Crafted Remodeling. Not only did he seem excited about my project, he was constantly in contact with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the contract before I signed it and gave him the deposit.

During the work process, communication was open. Nothing happened without my approval. All of Mike's subcontractors that I interacted with were incredibly professional and really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. There was one or two times where my vision didn't quite match code or what was physically possible but everyone worked with me to come up with ideas that were satisfying to all of us.

The quality of the work itself is outstanding and I'm in love with my new home and yard. Mike and his team really went above and beyond, even touching up little spots that were near work areas but not included in the contract. I won't hesitate to use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Jason was on time each day. Had a great personality. Very professional. Went through all that he was going to do. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Sent us a detailed list of what work was completed.

Extremely dangerous and unprofessional driving by the company truck, including tailgating and flipping the middle finger at my van full of children. Yikes.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

Juan is a man of responsibility and integrity. I am happy with the result of my 3800sq ft house. A friend of mine also hired G&C after looking at my house and she is happy as well!

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.
