We had our bathroom remodeling done 2 weeks ago and it exceeded our expectations. Everything form the designing to the finished product was so easy. They kept us updated the entire time on our materials and scheduled our remodel as quickly as possible. Jared and Francis did such a beautiful job and worked incredibly hard on our project. It was large project and they were always on time, so polite, and continued to ask me questions making sure it was everything I wanted. I can not think of one thing I would change!

We hired Mike Abbate and his crew for a major home improvement: 2 bathrooms, tile floor throughout home, tile walked kitchen, knock down walls and ceilings, enlarged kitchen window and more. From the first time I walked into the store and throughout the entire “remodel “ I was impressed with Randy’s customer service and professionalism. He was very helpful, listened to all my thoughts and comments and was able to direct me in the direction I needed to go within my budget. I was in contact with him throughout the process and he was always prompt in answering my emails the next day. And I sent him many emails with questions! I was most impressed with the cabinet demo guys, especially Connor and Calin was amazing installing our new cabinets. They were very prompt and did excellent work. All around I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out and I have already recommended Randy and the company to several friends. Great job!

They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.
