Kitchen and bathroom remodelers phoenix came and worked on my door frame. It did a great job and the whole team was very polite! Definitely would recommend it.

I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

We have used Rise Above for two homes. The entire crew feels like family at this point! You will not find a better team of people. They do quality work, they are honest and stand behind everything they say and do. If they make a mistake, rare but it happens, they own it and make it right. They aren’t satisfied until you are! It’s hard to find that in today’s world.

I am very pleased with my new gas fireplace! Frank, Nick, Scott, Juan, Jose, Victor, Wayne and the rest of the crew were great to work with. Thankful to enjoy it now ?

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

Veny valued me as a customer! He went out of his way to try and find a match of my quartz a few times. I found a match at his warehouse and he gave me a fair price. My job got pushed forward and he changed his plans to fit me in. Finally, the transition or seam was good credibly well done. Even the carpenter was impressed and made a comment to me. If I need any stone work he’ll be the first person I call and would without a doubt recommend Veny!

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our new shower. The workers were very professional took care to make everything look and function beautifully. Materials are very high quality. The transformation of our bathroom is astonishing. We would highly this company to anyone.

Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Republic West Remodeling was one of the companies I reached out to for a major home renovation project in 2022. We had to reach out multiple time just to get someone to come out for a quote. When someone finally came out to discuss our project they told us we would have an estimate from them in about a week. Over a month later and multiple follow ups on my end I never received anything from Republic West. Just another construction company without accountability or consideration of potential clients time, energy, and money (pricing for materials and labor is increasing every day with the state of inflation).

We just had a Jack and Jill bathroom remodel and are extremely pleased with the results! From the start of the project until it’s completion, Joe and the crew were extremely courteous and professional. The end result was a bathroom fit for a model home!

Miricle Method has refurbished three bathtubs in two of our rentals and has done an exceptional job on all three tubs.
On one rental we recently sold the buyer was very impressed and excited with the quality of workmanship of the two tubs in that house.
Their tech, Christian, and the other staff involved were very friendly, professional and has great pride in the service they provide.

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of work that XLT did for my master bedroom/bathroom remodel. I originally sketched up a drawing of the shower design I wanted and the end result was a perfect match. Everyone on the XLT team was great to work with and the attention to detail by the tiler was just outstanding. The craftsmanship in the tiling and grouting was far better than any of the other tile companies I've had do installs in the past. I had received quotes from several companies and in comparison, the quote from XLT was much more reasonable than most of the others so I felt they treated me very fairly. I will no doubt be working with XLT again in the future on my other bedroom/bathroom!
