We had a condo renovation that had several projects that needed to be done. Mike was great. He provided us a quote for the work prior to starting, and he even reduced one of the costs when the work didn't take as long as expected. He always showed up on time and took time to explain things to us to make sure we made the best decisions for our repairs. The final outcome looks great and most importantly she asked if the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will be using her services for future projects for sure. She didn't even mind me asking numerous questions and she answered them completely and with a positive attitude. What is even more awesome is she took very careful care with the kitchen to not cause further demolition damage. I am very impressed with her carefulness. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess.
