Very professional and prompt. George explained everything that had to be done with our system in detail to us and got it back to working full capacity. By doing just a couple of things, this will save us on the SRP bill a lot. We signed up for his service plan only because George was extremely nice and explained the plan to us in detail which would eventually save us money over the years. Second time using Nathan and he was able to diagnose the cooling issue we had quickly and setup a plan to fix it by shortening runs and offering to check the status before marking the job complete. I know it’s been harder times Nathan, but thanks for you help once again!

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

Track is a great company that came and check my AC unit. Ben the AC tech came and was able to explain what he was doing and answer my questions with knowledge and was very professional. I will recommend this company and use them for my AC again.
