TWD provided a couple of solutions for cracked ceilings in our house. One was a less expensive repair but might not solve the problem of preventing further cracks. We choose the more expensive approach that would prevent future cracks. The work was very high quality and the workers did an excellent job of protecting floors and large furniture from dust. I was very impressed with their approach from the initial review and picture taking to the on line posting of the work so I could review the job. I found the entire organization to be very professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a drywall repair or remodeling work to visit their show room and obtain a quote from TWD.

Attention: I vented too soon. I finally got up the nerve to call Legacy and they were nice enough to grant me an appointment. Our misunderstanding was cleared up and a trust was formed and now Legacy is remodeling my bathroom. It has been nothing but a positive and professional experience working with them. These are The Professionals folks. These are the good guys who are sharp, honest, organized and very experienced,. And a very important thing, is that they are Licensed and they also have that Great Reputation that comes with them! And they make sure to live up to it! They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

FHR did a GREAT job on my patio in Scottsdale ! They had to remove my old cracked tile and cement and replace it with new concrete and an acrylic coating. The workmanship was top notch and the team they had there cleaned up the site very well each day and always were concerned and made sure I was satisfied. Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? I'm in the east valley between Scottsdale and Gilbert, AZ but I'm sure glad to find Jeremy the Handyman, his wife in the office works a crazy filled schedule constantly so thanks to her!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
