XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.

Ken and his team did an awesome job putting my condo back together after water damage this summer. The whole place looks great and floors look awesome!

We hired FHR to help rebuild our kitchen after a major leak. They were so helpful, talented and hardworking that we extended the work into almost every part of the house. They never pushed anything on me. But, they had wonderful suggestions on how to best make the work I was doing turn out in the best possible way. I never had any concern about the many professionals who came in to work on the project. If anything, I felt comfort in how well they worked together, liked each other and seemed to really respect their boss. It is a year later and I could not be more thrilled with the quality of the work and products used!!! I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them again this summer!

CLW Construction replaced my shower-tub with a walk-in shower. They did a fine job. The estimate was reasonable, and what I ended up paying was what he estimated. They showed up when they said they would, and the work took as long as the original estimate. If I do any more remodeling, I'll call them first.
