Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

Holtzman just finished a second bedroom remodeled for a Make A Wish kid, not only did they do a beautiful top-quality work, but they also donated all of the parts and labor, all of their staff and crew put their hearts and souls on this project. We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

WOW ... just WOW! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves in to when we decided to undertake a home addition project. We researched our options and after careful consideration, decided to take the plunge with Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. In the very beginning of the process, we told Oron we had 2 major non-negotiables ... we insisted on communication and quality, both of which we can honestly say he not only met but far exceeded. His communication was stellar, we were kept informed of every step in the project along the way. Quality was not only one of our non-negotiables, it is obviously his as well.

Did we have some hiccups along the way? Sure. Trying to undertake a project like this with supply chain issues, labor issues, so many things out of our control may not have been the best timing, but Oron dealt with each and every challenge professionally. According to Oron, “there are no problems, there are only solutions”. Every sub he brought to the job were professional and they each did great jobs.

Do I want to undertake something like again ... No! At least not in this lifetime or my next 15 lifetimes! However, should someone come to me looking for an excellent General Contractor ... there is only one name I would give them. Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. We not only found a great General Contractor, we found a friend.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

Had a pour of cement to widen my driveway, and added a new patio added. Turned out great! They were reasonable with their prices and highly recommended them.
