From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Our bathrooms look amazing and it was such a pleasure working with John his son Michael and their crew. We highly recommend Allure!

I highly recommend using this company. I used them for a complete master bath remodel and it turned out even better than expected! From the initial visit with our amazing designer Deb to all the hard work Jon had to do to transform my bathroom, my experience with them and the company they represent far exceeded my expectations. Jon did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was complete! When demolition began Jon discovered errors from the builder and instead of just letting it go he repaired and replaced to prevent future issues. There were no shortcuts for him! If Jon had any questions he didn’t hesitate to reach out for clarification. Even with all the discoverable issues that needed to be fixed he was done early and believe me it wasn’t because he cut any corners. Jon possesses not only time management and dedication to his work but also quality. We were thrilled that everything happened just as we were told. Workers showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would and got done when promised. All Messes were cleaned up before workers went home each evening. This all added up to two very happy customers. Happy with the final product as well as the process.

I was in a tough spot with a roof leak that destroyed my old laminate counter top and a few cabinets. Insurance did not help much and money was tight. Anthony made me realize that now is the time to do it correct. We found the right cabinets and counter tops for a unbelievable price. The service and attention to detail was exceptional!!!

Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

The staff if very helpful with making decisions especially since I am on a budget!! They don't seem to be greedy and mark up prices since they are the best I found so far, price match from anywhere which is also a plus. I Definetly recommend

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

Even though Robert's main remodeling is kitchen/bath, he did an amazing job on my patio remodel project. The project included knocking out a wall, building a new one w/sliding door and adding a pergola over the patio. West Haven Builders were great to work with and I would highly recommend them for any remodel project

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.
