I cannot say enough about Palo Verde. From the design stage, where they used their expertise to design my kitchen better than I could ever have imagined, to the installation which was beyond perfection. This is by far the best cabinet company you can ever use. I built my house and the absolute best part of it is the cabinets. I have recommended them to everyone I know!

We worked with Bram at Dutch Design Cabinetry to remodel our master bathroom. Bram was a pleasure to work with and Wayne the installer did an awesome job. My husband and I love our new cabinets in our new master bath!

Horrible customer service, receptionist was short and rude. The person who came out to do our quote barely spent any time in our home, took minimal measurements and then the quote was ridiculously overpriced. There was then no follow-up with us, no communication after at all. There are much better contractors for built-ins out there that won't charge a ridiculous amount for projects and are friendly and professional. KEEP LOOKING!

Paid $1000 deposit, but never ordered cabinets due to family tragedy. Requested refund minus time spent on measuring and inputting dimensions in their CAD system. PWC owner refused and completely stopped contacting me back. Owner states that deposits are non-refundable. Beware.

Huge Selection. I was able to call and recieve a completely free estimate from Matt. He was super friendly and walked me through different options step by step. The new lighting is exquisite and adds on to the open concept in the house. Very impressed. Will definitely use these guys in the future. Definitely give this place a try, they give free estimates.

We shopped around for different cabinet builders and decided to go with New Age Cabinet Coatings for our custom media center built in due to their reasonable price and good reviews. We were not disappointed! Victor, Jonathan and Luis were so professional and friendly. They really delivered on everything we asked for. They paid attention to every last detail and the final product exceeded our expectations! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. They used high quality materials and paint. They didn't leave any construction debris after they were done and overall it was a great experience working with them. We are so happy with the way it turned out and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality work done. The warranty they offer is the icing on the cake. I was quoted a Labor Day sale of $743. The sales rep never called me back so I called them and talked to a different sales rep who is now quoting me $1600 for the same exact pantry. Seems like a bait and switch and not happy with the sales experience. They will not honor the sale price.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful on guiding me around the showrooms. Overall great cabinets! I went with the express I color & my kitchen turned out amazing. Will be back for my master bath!

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!

We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company’s manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.

1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company’s designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are “soft close” and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are “clean
Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only “hiccup” in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
3) Price - very fair.
4) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company’s employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

I met with Eric Raskin of Authentic Custom Cabinets about new kitchen cabinetry. The kitchen had already been designed and Authentic was given a write up with photos detailing the complete layout and everything that was required. Authentic agreed to supply all cabinetry as per the write up for a total of $35,722.50. Additionally, since Authentic did not do installation Raskin agreed to personally bring in his installer and arrange for and oversee the installation if I agreed to buy the cabinetry from Authentic. Prior to signing a contract I confirmed everything in writing. However, after I signed the contract and gave them a deposit of $17,861.25 Raskin notified me that Authentic’s position was that their contract voided everything they had promised and agreed to, both verbal and in writing, to make the sale and that they would not honor the agreement they had made with me. Authentic now demanded an additional $4,000 to supply all the cabinetry required by the write up and informed me that Raskin would have nothing to do with the installation. Raskin wrote in an email “This Contract Agreement has in no way any connection to any said write up agreement…Our Contract clearly states that it supersedes any and all other agreements, whether written or oral. I do not have any recommendation for an installer...You will be required to hire your own installer.” I insisted that Authentic and Raskin either abide by our original agreement or refund my deposit money. They refused. I was forced to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit, District Court Clark County, Nevada Case No. A-20-816744-C, which is a matter of public record. Nevada requires these cases go to arbitration first. The arbitrator heard the case and ruled in my favor and ordered Authentic to refund my deposit. Authentic refused to abide by the arbitrator’s decision and appealed the case thereby requiring a full trial. The trial took place and the trial judge also ruled in my favor and ordered Authentic to refund my deposit. The judge wrote in his decision “As to Authentic’s alleged breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, the Pro Tempore Judge concludes that Authentic acted so cavalierly, so dismissive, and so recklessly … that it contravened the very intention and spirit of the Contract.” I am now trying to collect the money awarded by the court. I went to another Cabinet company and they supplied and installed the exact same product at a cost that was lower than what Authentic would have received even if they had honored the original agreement they made.

We have been working with & for Maplewood for years. It is almost as if we were partners with how smooth everything goes each time!

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

We’ve designed a pretty complicated kitchen with multiple levels of trim where a lot of precise cuts were required. Sam and the team rose up to the challenge and did a phenomenal job!
