Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Had Rise Above Remodeling install a new kitchen in my home and I could not be happier with the results. Veny and his team did an incredible remodel and overhaul of our kitchen. We hit a few bumps along the way (as any remodel does) and Veny was amazing and helpful, full of solutions and was still able to get everything done on our timeline!

Steve completed our bathtub resurfacing today and we are very happy with the results! It looks amazing! He did a great job and was professional and knowledgeable. He was very focused and cares about his work. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. We enjoyed meeting with Blake to discuss our remodeling projects and he offered a variety of great ideas. We spoke with Tamra to schedule our bathtub resurfacing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and does a fantastic job running the front office. We would highly recommend Miracle Method and look forward to using them on our next resurfacing project.

We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. We are so glad we went with re-bath because they did an awesome job. The shower installation was done on-time, the installer was careful and kept the work area clean and the results are beautiful.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
