Best Construction Company in Phoenix AZ

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Ben, Steve, Garron, Aaron, and Brandon. You all were a pleasure to work! Our bathrooms are beautiful! -Thank you!

Our remodeler, Corey Smith, did an exceptional job. He was professional, had great communication skills and was on time everyday. We are ecstatic with the work he did. We couldn't have asked for a better remodeler. He listened and we got exactly what we wanted!!!!!

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. In addition, Jose who worked on the featured wall in great room which came out PERFECT! This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.

We were thrilled that everything happened just as we were told. Workers showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would and got done when promised. All Messes were cleaned up before workers went home each evening. This all added up to two very happy customers. Happy with the final product as well as the process.

Trevor is one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in just about everything and will do his due diligence if he isn’t familiar with something. He is very honest and very competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend him for any project you have in mind.

Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. Premier did a great job on our recent Mst Bath remodel. Can't say enough about how great of a job they did from prep work to cleanliness through completion. The tile work was exceptional. So happy we used them and will use them in the future.

Luxury Remodel helped me remodel the master bath, install master bedroom flooring and supervise the installation of granite countertops in the kitchen of a rental house. I am out of town and found it very easy to work with Tim who was great at giving me status updates and answering my questions. The quality of work is good and the crew cleaned up the worksite reasonably well. I would definitely consider them for future projects.
