BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck! I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

Amazing service from the start, Nathan was extremely professional and very informative as of why my ac unit was not working. Was on time even asked before he arrived if we needed anything from the store due to our unit being off, who does that now and days. Nathan diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and we got our home ac working again. Very glad we finally found a reliable and honest HVAC company.
