Let me start off by saying, I rarely give company reviews. With that said, I can't say enough good things about Holtzman Home Improvement. Holtzman remodeled my kitchen and completed the project in December of 2021.

The work was impeccable and the finished project is AMAZING! Honestly, This is a family owned and operated business that cares about the customers and their work product. That's hard to come by these days. Holtzman is not the cheapest company and However, you get what you pay for.

They have detailed bids and billing, will never try to collect 50% or 75% of project costs up front, and offer premium services and products. I will continue to refer people to Holtzman and sing their song.

If you have an issue regarding warranty work with Brandon and his team is always there. Their warranty is 5 years. I have done multiple projects with Home Home improvement and they always stand by their work no matter what you need. You can definitely count on this company and trust their suggestions to make sure your project is successful.

His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. Very happy with the work that Acuity completed at our house. We had a roof leak that occurred due to a moved condensation line. This resulted in water damage to the interior. The owner Kenny and the Superintendent assigned to our project did a great job communicating throughout. Very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product looks better than it did before the damage.

We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
