After reading reviews and looking at photos of completed projects I contacted Will for a quote,
I did have cheaper quotes for my 3 car garage floor but after speaking with Will I chose EpoxyStrong to do the work.
I spoke with Stacey, got the work scheduled (Sat & Sun). Stacey was great to deal with.
The Crew arrived on time, were very pleasant, courteous and worked efficiently.
The Crew didn’t mind me taking photos and videos. They didn’t mind all of the neighbors coming by to look at the floor being installed.
The Epoxy floor came out perfect.I got a perfect Quality floor installed like I expected. I would definitely recommend EpoxyStrong for your flooring project.

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.

Waited weeks for appointment to replace slats on 6' gate. Greg shows up late with no materials to do the work. Proceeds to go find materials and returns with nothing. Does nothing. Total waste of time!

I've been buying from Porter Barn Wood since the very beginning. It's been so cool to see them grow and turn into something HUGE. When you go in to their new(ish) space, it's so cool looking, but you still get the same smiling faces, and all the great and diverse products they offer now.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

Ivica is working on my floor now. He gave me a text a few days ahead and phone call when they were on their way. Prompt, Polite, Efficient. Last minute I had to make an adjustment and they told me that would be fine. Both Joe and Jon were very helpful in sales and scheduling. All around at this time I'm very pleased with choosing Home Solutionz.
