Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

Scottsdale Bathroom Remodels just completed our bathroom remodel and we are so happy that we chose them. We love our bathroom, It's beautiful! Their employees were very professional. I never felt uneasy about any of their employees coming in and out of our home.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.

We are so happy with our new laundry room! From initial consultation through final details, our experience with the Premier team was fantastic! Stephanie listened to our needs and incorporated our feedback into the design. Kent communicated clearly and frequently throughout the installation. Sandra and her team are extremely talented. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their eye for great design is undeniable. They will transform your visions to reality and you will love your living space. Also the only place you can go to in the valley where everything is sourced in their showroom. You don't have to go to 50 million other places to create your dream home (YAY!).

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!

Amazing kitchen remodel and flooring throughout, transformed the vibe of the entire house! Aimee (our designer) had great vision, personality, and detail. Kent and the construction team were very professional, clean, thorough, and obviously take great pride in their work. Design-build is a great concept, especially when it's all in-house. The whole process from start to finish takes a while, but it's well worth the wait.

We originally saw Ernesto's work on three different home tours. Each home was unique, totally different & done in good taste. We knew that he listened to his clients & incorporated their wants with his ideas. Ernesto has worked on various remodel projects and interiors for our home. When you have his talent, knowledge and confidence you can afford to be bold, daring and innovative. He just has the ability to create spaces that are always elegant but never boring. We have enjoyed working with him through the years and would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for quality design.

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

I wanted to redo my kitchen and contacted Diana and crew at FHR construction. They came out and got the work done quickly and a price that was very reasonable. I was also impressed with them being very professional and walking me through every step of the process.

We had two small residential construction projects--the installation of a steel door, and some chronically-leaking windows. Both were taken care of at a very reasonable cost, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team members were personable and professional. Also, when the scope of the project turned out not to require stucco repair/repainting, our final cost was reduced. Highly recommended!
