John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. I am very pleased to post this review as I feel they deserve it. Nice job guys.

We had a large crack in our exterior stucco that was getting large with time. It was determined that the two existing materials where not properly joined to prevent the cracking. Tood Whittaker Drywall did a fantastic job repairing the crack. The Repair person ensured everything in the work area was protected from damage. Excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend

So I go to the showroom to look at what they sell...right away I was told no prices were available...that (as I figures) I would need to set up an appointment with a designer...then I would get a quote start to finish with Re-Bath doing all the work..I was also informed that from day one Re-Bath does any repairs or service on the unit ? Look they may have an awesome product...do awesome work ...but I refuse to allow the headlock you throw on anyone doing business with you...tell me what it cost...from the jump...I will decide if it fits my budget...not jumping thru hoops to do business with you on your terms

Josh did a great job of designing the kitchen and the cabinets were just delivered today. As part of the delivery, Victor unboxed everything and got it ready for the installer. He was very friendly and did a great job!

Recently we had a kitchen remodel done through the Premier Kitchen and Bath Mesa location. The kitchen is gorgeous!! As with any project there were a few issues during construction but I must say that they were immediately addressed and resolved to our COMPLETE satisfaction. The results were AMAZING! There has not been a single day since completion that my wife does not comment on how happy she is.
The quality of the products used and the precise craftsmanship in installation is immediately evident.

Highly WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. They messed up my flooring and after trying to get ahold of them to fix they ignore me. If youre looking for quality work and/or someone to fix a bad job, contact Dave with Luxr... He fixed the bad job that was done here and for a very affordable price!

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall, popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light. He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

I am honestly so impressed with this company. everyone has been amazing. they sent a salesman to my house and he didnt try to upsell me. I told him that I was interested in the $29 sf deal and he wrote me out a quote that same day. he was great. next came the man who did the measurements and again amazing. he even explained the whole process of how they measure and the equipment he was using and it really is interesting and impressive. then came install day. those guys worked so hard getting everything perfect in my imperfect kitchen. you cannot see the seam, the granite is beautiful, everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. it is a little difficult to get someone on the phone but so worth it. they were also on time with each scheduled appointment. i noticed the truck mentioned they do flooring which is next on my to do list and I will definitely be calling them.

We worked with the team at Design Lab to update our home. We took out some walls to open the space, replaced the flooring, painted the entire house, transformed 2 bathrooms and remodeled the kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Design Lab is THE place to go if you want someone that will work with you and your budget to get what you want.
