True professionals, everything was right on time they were reliable we put off doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel just because of the headache of dealing with non-professionals and contractors who will take your deposit and show up whenever it’s convenient for them and take weeks longer than they anticipated we have had night contractor stories In the past... I won’t use or recommend anyone besides the HOLTZMAN FAMILY!

TWD did an awesome job from the design, budget and construction of my remodel. My home was built in 1980 and was in need of updating which meant a few walls had to be removed and both bathrooms and kitchen needed to be torn out and replaced. Ron was my designer and he was spot on from the first time I had spoken with him. Other contractors I had interviewed were not as forthcoming in the beginning to help me calculate the basic costs of what I wanted to do but Ron gave me estimated costs as we went through the house on his first visit which helped me greatly. Ron also came up with 2 ideas that solved issues with my house layout. The planning phase was an in depth review of every piece of everything that had to be worked on and the scope of work was detailed in writing for us both to agree on the work that was to be done. I appreciated the detailed description that I was working with and it also made sure that they completed all aspects of the job. My job took about 12 weeks and through out I was kept informed and was able to see progress through their web site system which included photographs of the tear down and reconstruction. We did make a couple of changes which were handled effectively and when the work was done, they made sure every small detail was made satisfactory to me. Good job TWD....I have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors who watched and heard the construction over a 12 week period.....My house is now up to date and I love it.

Neil was very professional and took the time to listen to what I needed. I was very impressed by the workmanship as they delivered in a timely manner. My phone calls and emails were returned the same day which is something I appreciate and hence, highly recommend. My kitchen looks amazing!

Tried three weeks ago to get a quote on remdeling my Master Bathroom, walked in to showroom and the two women in front were rude and of no help at all. When I asked to speak to someone about a bathroom remodel, I was told that person was away at lunch.n Because I was very happy with the work they have done remodeling my kitchen 10 years ago, I went to the web site yesterday. Got a call from some representative (unknown nbr) and she was rude and seemed uninterested. Sorry it didnt work out because I think you have done great work in the past. Now a person cant even get an estimate

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

I called 8 places to help me find out how to get a washer dryer for under $250 and nobody could help me. I called Redemption Renovations and met at angel who helped me when everyone else laughed and said I had the wrong place. Dani didn’t laugh but instead she stayed on the phone for 40 minutes helping me to find a all in one washer dryer combo and even texted me links with good reviews. You don’t often come up on people who are willing to help us elderly who aren’t good at technology and finding things. I hope one day to win the lottery so I can come back to this business and have them redo my kitchen just because of the sweetness young woman who answers the phones. I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

bathroom tub surround

I contracted with Granite Transformations to put a new kitchen countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. Two men came to do the installation. When they put the countertop together the seam was very obvious and not at all done well. The backsplash had been assembled improperly at the factory so it was going horizontally when it should’ve been going vertically. The installation is so bad that it is disgusting. One of the supervisors came by to look at it and he was astonished at how poorly it was done. The installation was never completed I have raw plaster showing. I have tried calling the company and have received no response at all. Since then I have heard that not only were the two men let go but also the supervisor is no longer working there. I am very frustrated.

I highly recommend New Age Cabinet Coatings! Victor, Luis and the rest of the team were professional, polite and did a great job. Job was completed on time and they were easy to work. Communication was excellent and start to finish all agreements kept. As with any project there will be mess and disruption but they took extra steps to make things go as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for a cabinet company , look no further! I love my New Cabinet Look and the experience was excellent!
