Best Building Solutions in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

These guys did a phenomenal job with the work they provided! From the drywall repair to the smart lighting controls and the interior painting, they did great work and came to me highly recommended.

It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.

Back in early September my wife and I decided it was time to redo our kitchen. We’ve been wanting to do it for several years and have kept putting it off. I did a google search for kitchen remodeling in Scottsdale as that is where we reside. Of course there were a lot of companies that showed up which can be a bit overwhelming. We called several companies and asked about promotions or free quotes to see if we could figure out range or pricing. One of our big concerns was being over charged. At the end of the day we ended up selecting Lux Remodels. One of the biggest reasons was Jerzy the owner and Carl who worked with us every step of the way on this project. As described on their website we scheduled an in house consultation as we did with 2 other remodeling companies. The first thing we noticed right away is that they have a wealth of experience which immediately made us feel comfortable. They were organized and answered every question we had from expanding a section of our kitchen to add a small eat area to the timeline as we really wanted this finished before Thanksgiving. Lastly the cost was slightly less expensive than the other 2 companies which was an added bonus. As with any remodeling effort, it was noisy and we all had to make adjustments but the bottom line is that Lux Remodels was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Make sure to talk to Jerzy. He’s the owner but he’s very hands on and seemed genuine in all of our interactions.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

No job too big, no job too small. Jeremy is reliable and always willing help with any project I have had. From building a studio to daily upkeep such as hanging photos. He is always a good help!

Fantastic company. On time arrival. Excellent quote. Completed everything that was promised and fixed the myriad of problems that popped up on my property. Appreciated the quick problem solving to keep my job on time. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and was friendly. Great customer service at an great price. Thank you B3 Refrigeration.

Eric has been a great designer and was excellent at coordinating the contractors throughout the remodel. I would totally recommend him for any remodeling needs.
