We have a rental property and one of the renters broke the latches rendering the 14 year old window inoperable. We searched the internet and found the manufacturer who guided us to Tru View for the replacement parts. We installed them but they didn't seem to work and we could not lock the window. OK, the easy fix didn't work, so time to get an estimate for a replacement window. When Aaron from Tru View came out to measure for the replacement, he discovered we had installed the parts backwards. A screwdriver later, voila!!! the window works just the way it was supposed to.
