Both Darrell and Chris were very professional. They clean up the mess as they went along and were very respectful of my home and my time. The install of my new tub and the demolition of the old one was done in one day. Jacuzzi called me weekly to keep me updated on the progress of the fabrication and was very customer focused. I have an older home going thru a remodel. Yes it was a little expensive but worth every penny for the excellent customer service and follow up.

Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

After interviewing multiple contractors for an extensive master bath reconfiguration in my new home, I knew that “Just Remodel“ was the real deal. We hired Derek Rogers and Aqua Therapy to redo our shower and bathroom floors. We were so lucky to have a trusted and professional crew. Derek worked with us on pricing and design. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished job. We highly recommend Aqua Therapy!

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

I don’t usually write reviews on here but after getting some tub reglazing work done by Pro Bathtub Refinishing, I definitely had to write one for these guys. After a few months of searching for companies to restore my old grimy tub and not knowing where to look, I finally came across this company and the reviews looked great. I was convinced that these bath refinishing specialists were right for a job and I definitely do not regret it. They did a fabulous job. My bathtub looks brand new no signs of grime! She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best.
