Don and Darrell were awesome. Prompt, efficient, clean and attentive to detail. One issue with a handle that came off the next day- they were out immediately to correct it. Did find the floor was a little slick, but that is being corrected as well. They are very responsive to calls and have checked up on my satisfaction a couple of times after the install. Literally took 2 days to install just as they said and then one day to dry. I especially love the locker in the shower. Highly recommend this company for a tub to shower conversion.

We had Jacuzzi remodel our bathroom from tub to shower. The install team arrived on time and started work immediately. Throughout the process the team kept us informed of the process and what they would be doing next. Matt, Nick and Gavin all worked professionally and as a great team. When they were f iij nished they cleaned up not only their tools, trash, etc, but made sure the bathroom was clean. They were finished in a timely manner leaving earlier than expected. Gool stars to the team and to Jacuzzi.

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. They are both true professionals and amazing craftsmen who turned our master bathroom into exactly what we envisioned! Best experience ever! Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

Over the years we have worked with many contractors and we can say with confidence that Derek Rogers and his crew are the best of them all. We started with a walk in tub. This went so smoothly that we added a number of additional projects, all completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. When there was a small issue some tile Derek jumped in and got things sorted. out.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. Absolutely a joy to work with! The Design team were excellent listeners, answered our questions, and translated our dreams into an on-budget reality. The quality of craftmenship for tile installation, plumbing, drywall and paint was top-notch five star perfection. Our foreman, Will, deserves an extra five stars just for himself. His communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of humor made us Holtzman clients for life!

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

I wish I could give no stars but I recommend doing your research before doing business with this company. Jeff is very unprofessional! This company lies about their services and what they are giving their customers. I highly recommend not using this company for your windows and if you do make sure your documents are done properly and you are able to clearly read what you are receiving before they start threaten you because they got caught in their lies.

Very poor service! They promise the job will be great but when the technician arrived he spent more time outside talking to a man who pulled up next to my driveway than he spent doing the job. After he finished the application he showed me what he had done. I pointed out all these imperfections. He said he would come back but I had to call the company to find out what was going on. I was told the technician randomly came by one day but I wasn't home so the matter was resolved. I provided the office lady Colleen with photos and she claimed the job could not be perfect like a new tub. I said these imperfections need to be fixed. She sent her technician out and he removed the coating and said goodbye. Colleen called and said they didn't think I'd be happy with their application so this was the end of the project. I was told I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting for a refund. I hired another company and they agreed the job done was not done right. The tub should have been stripped first(it wasn't). Still waiting for a refund. I found there is no history of this conpany on BBB and they see not listed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so I would avoid them!

Colleen blames the customer but she totally ignores the photos showing bubbling and puckering of the acrylic material in all the other areas. Her tech Tomas told me the tub would be ready to use in 24 hours. A tile guy came out 72 hour later and gently taped off the wall from the tub using painters tape. Where the acrylic was bubbled the worst it peeled. I showed these photos and explain what happened to another company in town and they said that it should never peel off with painters tape after three days of drying, and they also agreed with me that the bubbling and puckering is abnormal and that is not a good job, and it shows that the material applied was not adhering properly and that is definitely a company problem not mine And despite saying that I have received a refund, I have not received a refund. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the ROC.

I received a shower enclosure delivery from another company and it had been severely scratched up in shipping so I called Pro Bathtub Refinishing and they sent out a true artist the same day that did a fantastic job, it looks brand new, can't even tell it was ever scratched. It seems it may last long, phenomenal service and fantastic work.

We recently had our master bath and second bath rooms remodeled by Silverado Bath and Remodel. Troy came to our home and gave us a quote that detailed the job. Their quote was more reasonable than any other quote that we received. Two young men Ryan and Corey came to our home and completed the job. They were very conscientious about their work, they cleaned up after themselves, they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. If you are looking to update your bathrooms I would suggest this company. They came and did the job and they did exactly what they promised. We are pleased that we chose Silverado.

We absolutely love our new Master Bath! AZ New Bath was great to work with - We called for an estimate back in April and Colt came out that week to go over everything with us. Evelyn stayed in contact with us throughout the process as well to keep us in the loop on when the project would begin and when ordering everything. Demo started in late June and everything was completely done by late July!

Chris was the lead foreman and was excellent also! He was sure to check in with us to make sure we were happy with fixtures and details throughout installation.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

1 Day Bath Arizona did a great job on our walk-in shower. the person that installed it did a fabulous job. this has helped my wife so much with her handicap. trying to step into a bathtub was impossible. we are so satisfied with the shower and the work.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
