John did an awesome job on putting our wants for a master shower together and urs beautiful. He personally came to check progress daily.
Michael does a great job, with excellent workmanship, knowkedge, courteous and professional. Shane did great too.
The tile people did exceptional work finished, and finally the glass was done with top work too !

We had five quotes and his understanding of what we wanted and his attention to detail was by far the best. His price was great and we are so pleased.

Completely unimpressed. I called them this morning just before 9am during their business hours. Their answering service picked-up and I relayed that I wanted to simply speak to someone at the company for about 10m to determine if the project we had was a good fit for them. She proceeded to ask me several questions to gather my contact information and then informed me that no one was available. She offered to schedule a quick call, but the next available time was TWO DAYS later. I politely declined. If this is the kind of intimacy and customer service Phoenix Home Remodeling delivers, I do not plan on ever being a customer.

EDIT on June 24, 2021: After reading this company's response, I increased my rating to 3*. While the response was fair, I do think the impersonal nature of an answering service (not actual company employees), coupled with the fact that availability for a very quick initial discussion was a full 2 days later would still keep me away from engaging. If I am going to work with someone on a project, I'd like to believe that the importance of a quicker response time and a more personal, direct interaction is paramount. Speaking to a third party service tasked only to gather my contact information and mechanically schedule a ~10m call 48 hours in advance does not give me the sense that this company is eager to engage their client base. That said, given the fact that I did NOT use their services, 1* admittedly felt harsh. I wish PHR the best of luck and strongly suggest they reconsider their screening process.

I hired Re-Bath and Kitchens for the removal and replacement of my guest and master bathroom vanities, countertops and faucets as well as hanging 3 vanity mirrors and a small drywall repair in my guest bedroom.This was the second time I hired Re-Bath for projects in my home. I was so impressed, and still am, with the first job they did that I was excited to have them back.Caleb Wilkins was great! Very professional and very good at what he does!He was very respectful of my home, placing a cardboard path from my front door down the hallway to both bathrooms to protect my new flooring.He had great communication before, during and after each day on the job.Caleb was punctual, trustworthy and very pleasant. There were times during the 3-day job that I had to leave and I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my home open to Caleb to continue working.At the end of every day and at the end of the job he always cleaned up his workspace and left it very presentable and functional.It was a pleasure having him in my home and I am thrilled with everything that he did! I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

My TWD experience exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The ease of doing business with them and the professionalism of everyone I interacted with was refreshing. These folks are customer oriented. They will be my go to team from here on out.

We shopped Cabinets with two other company's prior to selecting Cornerstone. These other two company were all about selling and not about installation and details. Chris never sold us, he educated us going over the details and installation process. This is the key element to a successful cabinet installation and a happy customer. Cornerstone knocked the project out of the park. Chris is a professional so when he tells you what and when things will happen they do. My experience was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Cabinets.

Dan is really informative. He called me and we had a great conversation about what he offers. I believe he does high quality work with made in america products. Based on my conversation, I would trust him and use him in the future. The only reason we did not is because we didn't want to manager several vendors ourselves as Dan only does the cabinets. Plus we probably won't be in the house more than 3-4 years.

If you need quality cabinets, I think Dan can get it done for you.

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
