He was prompt, let me know what was happening,Was careful about moving things in and out of the house and cleaned up every day.The bathroom looks great now. We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with from Mark M. to Christian with his beautiful tile setting, Mark R, Paul, the plumbers were all courteous, patient, honest and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile and Bath.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

Trevor is one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in just about everything and will do his due diligence if he isn’t familiar with something. He is very honest and very competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend him for any project you have in mind.

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.
