Matt and Matt (yes, both workers were named Matt) were amazing. They installed my walk-in tub. They were amazing. They covered my floors with drop cloths for protection. They ensured to close the front door whenever they needed to go in and out because I have a cat who likes to dart out if he sees an open door. The work was done in two days! The Luxstone design is beautiful. Matt and Matt were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress. There is a small patchwork on the wall that needs to be completed and Matt noted it in the file that he will return to complete that. Before leaving, Matt explained the function of each dial on tub and also gave me cleaning instructions. Amazing job!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Larry Miller is the greatest....down to earth kinda guy and.so helpful and informative...a blessing to get us through our trying situation of converting tub to shower for my husband who will be on hospice and palliative care at home. God Bless him for his caring advice.

His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. I had all the windows in my home replaced. Everything was effortless from the presentation to the installation. The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The installers were awesome, they were very punctual, were respectful of my property and set up everything in an orderly manner. When they were done they did a very thorough cleanup and took away all the old windows and debris. It was like it never happened everything was so neat! My wife and I are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend Power to anyone wishing to have their windows done.
