My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Cynthia and the Matador team. We had water damage in our kitchen, which lead to a full kitchen remodel and tile floor replacement. Cynthia is incredibly professional, honest, organized, always on time and the work done was exceptional. She was recommended to us by a close friend, and we are more than pleased with the results. 10/10 recommend and will use her and her team again in the future for any additional work that we take on! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Oron at FHR built our custom house on time and within budget. Very responsive, great communication. On more than one occasion his outside the box thinking saved us time and money. Everyone knows the construction industry is challenging right now and Oron did a phenomenal job navigating those challenges. The subs he works with are professional and do great work. It was an absolute pleasure working with Oron and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any project.

Ray and Tatum at Ray Oullette GC are phenomenal! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for contractor services! They do great work and their customer service skills are amazing. Thank you for doing such a great job on my project!

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. They were a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business to anyone wanting a trouble-free quality renovation.

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
