We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. In spite of slow downs caused by the City of Phoenix permits department during this pandemic, they worked very diligently to keep the project on track as best they could. We highly recommend Ardan Construction and would use them again!

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

We hired Custom Creative Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Quality and Timeliness are one of the biggest factors for us when we were selecting contractors, since the house was on Market. Custom Creative did an amazing job and in a timely manner and the house got sold within a week or so after the remodel!

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. The manager’s daily visits while the renovations were taking place was reassuring that we made the right decision with hiring them. Thank you !!

He helped them dial in their vision, and when it came time for install his guys were on-time and professional. We recently completed a main bathroom project and, fortunately, worked with Cabinets 4 Less in Scottsdale. We walked in the door and were greeted by Canyon Donk and it was smooth sailing from that point. There was no pressure to buy that day or at any time; he was there to listen, respond to our questions, explain their product and show us options in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. We were so comfortable with his approach and knowledge that we sat down to view two computed generated designs that best suited our space. We made our decision at that time. The entire process from start to finish was stress free. Canyon continued to stay engaged letting us know when the cabinets were ready for delivery and would respond immediately when we would call with a question, never rushing us through the call. Although, Cabinets 4 Less does not have their own installers, they have a short list of installers that we could to speak to and choose from.. We were as pleased with JT and Cliff as we were with Canyon and Cabinets 4 Less. All were responsive, reasonable and did excellent work . We will be doing a project in our second bathroom in the fall and will be working with Canyon and Cabinets 4 Less again. We highly recommend them.

We recently began a remodel on our kitchen. Eric from ACC was really helpful. He was able to provide us exactly what we were looking for at a really great price. He also shared his contacts in the industry to help us find reliable contractors to do the install and related preparatory work.

Our whole house remodel was completed on time and within budget – wow!

Jayson, at Mill & Stone, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed a plan that honored the quirky features and floor plan of our 70-year-old house AND modernized it perfectly.

Throughout the 3 month design process and another 3 months of reno/remodeling, Jayson ensured permits and inspections were done properly, problems were solved quickly, subcontractors were on time and did excellent work, and we were always in the loop.

We moved in last week and are delighted with the design, the materials, and the feel of our home. When we’re ready to begin Phase 2 (outdoor work), Jayson will be our first call.

I used Home Makeover Creations to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The entire team did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Jeromie alway went the extra mile to explain and helped with selection of materials that were used. In the end I have 2 beautiful bathrooms that I always get complements on. Home Makeover Creations has done a excellent job each time they have worked on my home. I highly recommend them for any remodel and construction work you need.

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

I love Cardinal Cabinets. They gave my kitchen new life with a great deal on kitchen cabinets. And the installers were fantastic very polite and professional.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

Signed a contract on 3/25, provided $7300. Met with project manager, then all communication stopped. Found out a month later the company laid off employees and had other financial issues. Check the ROC and BBB.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of craftsmanship and the level of attention Russ and Zac gave us during our remodel. We have built and remodeled in the past and nothing compares to the service we received from the team at R.A.Z.E. Construction. If you are planning a remodel this is a great place to start.
