This is an amazing organization, that also has an incredible team. The quality of their work is exquisite and the way in which they manage their process is literally perfection. Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

Me and my newly wedded wife absolutely adore our new kitchen! Diana was a brilliant designer and I can’t wait to show off all my new cabinets and countertops to my friends! Very good!

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Pleasure to work with and very proficient with the remodeling project. Work rate, efficiency, finished product and most importantly, communication is where Carmel knocked it out of the park. Materials for the job were delivered when promised - another kudos there.

We lived in our bedrooms while Yourson remodeled the rest of our home. We weren’t sure if this was going to work, but with their help it did. The experience was painless. Every step of the way from picking out fixtures to paint colors was so easy with their help. We felt so comfortable with their crews as the remodel went along. Every suggestion they made was spot on. They raised ceilings, moved duct work, took out a kitchen wall, insulated the attic, put in porcelain tile flooring, gave us new storage areas, and lots more. Again, we were able to live in the house while this was all done. Attention to detail was evident. They really do become like family and they take extra care like you would for your family. We were so happy with how it turned out that the following summer we had them remodel our bathrooms. We left for a number of weeks while this was done and the finished looks were outstanding. They took our 1960’s home and brought it into today’s modern look. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Yourson Contracting and every person who works there.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for.
