A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Lon completely rebuilt the bathroom wall in my mother's house after there was water damage to the framing and structure (damage from the original build--not caused by Ron -- just to be clear). He managed to save the tile and bathtub in the process and rebuild everything meticulously to look like new. There were heavy glass tiles in the wall arranged in an artistic pattern that Lon was able to duplicate.
Both the exterior and interior paint were matched perfectly so you can't see where the original parts of the house ended, and the new repairs begin. My mother has very exacting standards, and Lon managed to surpass her expectations. Lon is very professional, conscientious, shows up when he says he will be there, and is a pleasure to work with.
We can't thank Lon enough for the great work. Highly recommended!

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

This group was beyond amazing! They traveled out of town for our project and were great with communicating up to the start date and throughout the install. Our floor tile looks amazing, they were on time, finished in less time than estimated and just completely professional and beyond expectations! Already receiving compliments on how amazing the flooring turned out! Would highly recommend and cannot say enough great things about them!

I ordered cabinets still have not received them was told they where canceled due to an emergency issue they are having then told they reordered them from another vendor mind you I’m already at nine weeks and Briz Razcon and Amber just go circles when asked for a supervisor Amber refuses to give a supervisor. I would never recommend doing business with this company although they are at complete fault for not having my order ready they want to charge me 30% restocking fees for items I have never received smh…. Don’t do business with these people run opposite direction. If I could give no stars that’s what I would give.

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
