I wish I could post a pic because I love the result so much. We removed a cabinet + wine rack (between two cabinets) and had custom floater shelves installed. Colton also modified the upper mounding on the cabinets to look seamless and you would never know it was anything than what it is.

If you are looking for THE BEST installation company to mount your television(s) and/or install your ceiling fans, look no further than SG Installations AZ, Inc. I had quite the job for Steven and his team. I had 1 ceiling fan installed, 5 television dismounts and 5 additional TVs being remounted. The person who originally mounted my televisions made a mess of things, which I didn’t find out until these pros started this job. They were angry for me! They took the time to explain what the previous work SHOULD have looked like, came up with a new plan for the work I needed, and then Steven and his team assured me when they left it would be done right… And it was! I can’t thank Steven, JP, and team enough for doing such great work! I now have the most awesome media wall to go with the rest of my arcade living room! It is definitely a hit with the kiddos! We had a negative experience with the design team at the Good Guys. We were very disappointed and felt we got a better design with another company. We also saved 20% by going with another contractor and there was more work within scope of our project.

Praveen and his designer came to view the premises and was very pleasant in their engagement. But never heard from them since then. Maybe they have too much business. But a call would be really courteous instead of wasting my time and theirs as well. Eventually, I went with another contractor.

Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.
