We have used Mariano & Co for two renovation projects. After the great experience of the first (a master bathroom and extensive floor tiling in much of the home), we hoped that their quote for the second phase would be competitive and it was. This time they did complete make-overs of the kitchen and two bathrooms. Again great outcome. One hopes for no issues during a remodel, but that is seldom the case. What sets Mariano & Co apart is the way the issues are dealt with. Prompt and always with an outcome that met or exceeded our expectation.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

Part of Chain link fence needed repairing to keep from falling down. Dave found the problem, got the parts needed and quickly got the repairs done. The fence now looks great.
