Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

I have heard good thing about this company and would use this company if we have need for a kitchen remodel in the future.

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D. She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

Custom Creative Remodeling

We would like to acknowledge the fine workmanship and very professional treatment we have received from Praveen Puranam and his Custom Creative remodeling team.
In August 2014, Praveen and his team did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. The work consisted of removal of a garden style bathtub, installing an elongated glass enclosed shower, retiling the floors, replacement of mirrors and lighting fixtures and sink basins, upgrading all plumbing features, and replaced the large bathroom window with glass block. The room was also repainted in grey tones to finish the upgrade. This remodeling effort won a national award.

Pat and I were so pleased with Praveen and Custom Creative that we had them upgrade the counter tops and sink basins in the guest bathroom and powder room to match the master bath upgrade. This work was performed in
December 2014.

We moved to a new home in January 2016. This home featured carpeting in the master bedroom, the mother-in-law suite and the office. We wanted the home to be completely finished in same 20 inch tile throughout. Praveen was able to locate a cache of tile from the same original run to complete our tile floors. His team removed all the existing carpeting, prepared the foundation flooring and installed the tile. All the work performed was completed in a timely and most professional manner. There was very minimal impact on our daily routine while the tiling work was performed.

Affinity was great to work with! They took care of every issue that would pop up in our new home build. They were very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. Tim Huber was fabulous! I am so happy with the quality and the end result of their work.

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

We had our outdated bathroom countertops, sinks, and cabinet doors and drawers replaced. Kitchen Tune Up did an amazing job, and we are so happy with how they turned out!!

From the moment we walked into Hunt's we knew these guys were for us. They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. Everything was very clearly explained by Jeff and Josh and they are very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and will be back for the guest house design.

Tony and Brad did an excellent job restoring and bringing back the shine on our cabinets, fabricating and replacing a filler peice along with replacing the quarter round at the base. I highly recommend Tony and Brad if your cabinets are in need of attention.

We had the pleasure of working with 360 Kitchen Designs & Bath on remodeling our kitchen. They listened to all of our ideas and needs and they were extremely detailed and informative. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!
