You’ve given me the backbone to my mental stability. One I can rely on heavily, without ever worrying if it will ever fade, grow tired, change, or leave.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! Johan did outstanding work at our home, replacing the bathroom with a new and beautiful shower and did an impeccable job putting in new tile throughout the rest of our residence. When we put our residence up for sale, we had several offers and sold it for more than the asking price. It had over 500 views within 24 hours! He was more than fair with the cost of the remodel. Above all, he is trustworthy and honest. Looking forward to having Johan upgrading our new hone soon.

In 2018, we had Signature do our master bathroom remodel and loved the result. It has stood the test of time, still looking beautiful, everything works as it should, and no leaks. We were so pleased that we hired them again for a smaller remodel of our kitchen ceiling and removing a wall between the kitchen and family room. Highly recommended.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
