I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

I am so pleased with the result of my kitchen renovation needed after water damage. The general contractor, Ken, closely monitored every phase of the project. The workmen he sent over for demo, flooring, cabinets, countertops, painting, and other jobs were friendly, professional, and completed their tasks in the estimated time. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
