Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. Handyman Connection repaired an exterior wooden post that had some termite damage. The post looked great afterwards! They also repaired a screen door that was troublesome to use and now works beautifully.

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.

Be careful - Just because they are licensed, bonded insured. The owner did not get a permit to add a bathroom and now 3 yrs after spending thousands of dollars the shower pan is leaking. He refuses to take responsibility for it. The city I live in made him pay for the permit after the fact. The ROC complaint I filed did nothing be cause of a 2 yr warranty. But doesn't change the fact that he knowingly installed a bathroom without a permit. And maybe he knew it wouldn't pass inspection because it is now leaking. So much for trusting the pro's.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.
