Best New Tile in Phoenix AZ

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

I would recommend Granite Transformation for the excellent job they did installing our new counter tops with matching backslash. Nino and Tino were very professional and courteous throughout the job. The product is beautiful and really transformed the look of my kitchen. I really have to commend our install team, Chad and Drew. Chad recalled our dog was afraid of men in hats, so he made sure neither he nor Drew wore them at install. The workmanship is stellar and the guys were hard working, efficient and prompt. We are so happy we chose Better Bath Remodeling for our new shower! Michael carefully listened to the plumbing concerns we had experienced and offered different options for our shower replacement. Martin did a wonderful job with the demolition and installation, including carefully cleaning up at the end of the day to the beautiful tile installation. Both Michael and Martin made sure all of our concerns about the plumbing were addressed throughout the process, and they both maintained the utmost professionalism I have ever experienced with a service company. We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath) in the last few years. We couldn’t be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome two big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects. His crew was great to work with and above all they’re quality craftsmen! I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next project.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

We love our remodeled jack and Jill bathroom as well as the powder room they did several years ago. Great design ideas, listened to our ideas and wants and end product was exactly what we hoped for. Will definitely use them again when we do our Master bath.

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.

I was so impressed with Ernesto from the first meeting we had due to his broad background and the tremendous knowledge and experience he had to offer.
After viewing his extensive portfolio and seeing the range of genres from traditional to contemporary he had mastered, I knew he was the perfect candidate for the job.
When I moved into my eclectic home about a year ago, I was concerned about how we were going to make it more contemporary and to my liking. I knew this would be quite an undertaking for anyone.
Then when Ernesto walked into my home to see what he had to contend with, he immediately had a clear understanding of where the previous owners were going with the unfinished design they had left behind and put my mind at ease.
