I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

We are a handyman company and we do property management. We have been several times and each time the staff has been very helpful. Their prices help us with our pricing to our customers. Home owners, as well as contractors would do well to shop here.

I called 8 places to help me find out how to get a washer dryer for under $250 and nobody could help me. I called Redemption Renovations and met at angel who helped me when everyone else laughed and said I had the wrong place. Dani didn’t laugh but instead she stayed on the phone for 40 minutes helping me to find a all in one washer dryer combo and even texted me links with good reviews. You don’t often come up on people who are willing to help us elderly who aren’t good at technology and finding things. I hope one day to win the lottery so I can come back to this business and have them redo my kitchen just because of the sweetness young woman who answers the phones. They poured my concrete side driveway. They were really good. Communicated constantly. The owner was onsite and communicated via phone and txt. I never felt that I was in the dark or did not what was going on. They did a great job.

KLB remodeled my kitchen and dining room. They were professional and timely in their work. Easy to work with as I added things during the project. I will be using them again when I'm ready to do my bathrooms.

We remodeled our Master Bath using XLT Construction; they did a fantastic job, started on time, finished ahead of time, and was very reasonable on price! Diamond Granite installed a new countertop on my outside patio bar. They did a terrific job. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner. The job was done for the estimated price. They communicated well every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.

Replaced single-person walk-in shower with door and an adjacent tub with a full length walk-in shower, no door, tile from floor to ceiling, and two shower heads. We love our shower - it has made our master space feel like a brand new home. The installer was on-time, friendly, and made great suggestions we hadn’t thought of at signing. Please just make sure everything is in the contract and design, even if you are reassured it’s covered. If you don’t see the item, ask question. Make sure everything you expect to be in scope for your bid is in writing on the contract. Good luck and enjoy the process of designing and watching your dream shower come to life!

Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath has far surpassed all expectations. They have been an incredible company to work with starting with the initial visit and renderings. Their attention to detail is stellar, they do a very thorough job, at a fair price. Adrian and crew continue to go above and beyond. My bathroom project is still underway, but each day I'm blown away by their work, their cleanliness, and their communication with me throughout. This is the second time I've used Handyman Connection for a major renovation project, plus we've had them do a few odd jobs over the years. All of our experiences with them have been great. This time we had tile laid in two bathrooms, an old shower pulled out and a new one built in it's place, plus some toilets replaced. The handyman, Todd, was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. Allen kept in touch every step of the way and made sure things got done right. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is expected whenever you do a major renovation, but Todd made the right suggestions and everything got sorted out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Handyman Connection. In fact, they're in the process of doing some more work for us right now.

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

Very pleased with our new expanded kitchen and other renovation performed by Quentin's Urban Element professional staff. Heartily recommended!
