Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

Complete task despite the bad weather. Showed very good professionalism. I would recommend this company.

Mike was an AMAZING help to me when I couldn't even get other handymen to return a call. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and more than fair pricing. Plus he's got a friendly energy that is a pleasure to be around. I'm moving from my location but he will DEFINITELY be who I call when I need assistance at my new place.

Not super impressed with this business. Had high hopes due to all the hype on socials for their quality work. We had someone out for an estimate, & he told us we would hear from someone within the week and never did. Also he was in and out within 5 minutes to look at our issue and this is an EXTENSIVE job so I find it pretty unlikely he actually observed everything.

Anyway, we are over a month out from when we were supposed to get contacted and nothing.

Very disappointed.

It's an amazing thing when you can count on someone to come out and give 100% quality of work. They know what they are doing. Down to earth great guys.

What a joke. Charged us $500 to install a vanity that was already assembled and put into place. Said it took 4 hours to complete. For any handyman that is worth $100/hour this should have taken no more than an hour. Also said they bought $200 of “materials” and charged it to us. Won’t provide a list of said materials and the vanity itself cost less than that and it was provided. Don’t use this company unless you like being ripped off.

Johnny has been my Go Too repair person and renovator for over 20 years. He has always been timely,fair and provides a quality service. He has always handled decisions as if it were his own money. He takes pride in his work and is trustworthy. He isn’t afraid to turn down.a project if it isn’t a good fit but has always helped find a alternative

George arrived on time and with C19 protective gear. Worked quietly & quickly to install my interior barn doors. He had to make a Home Depot run, but still completed the project in a reasonable amount of time.

Best decision i have ever made was hiring them. I believe this is the first review i have ever written but I felt I had to. Excellent people ( even on the phone ) Great , fantastic PEOPLE - SKILLS, And more patience than I wouldve dreamed of. I called Greg he responded the same day drove over gave me a reasonable quote and completed all the patio repairs quickly and efficiently. Greg is a great handyman keeps his word and leaves a clean work site I would definitely utilize his services again

My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.
