If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

We recently had our master bath and second bath rooms remodeled by Silverado Bath and Remodel. Troy came to our home and gave us a quote that detailed the job. Their quote was more reasonable than any other quote that we received. Two young men Ryan and Corey came to our home and completed the job. They were very conscientious about their work, they cleaned up after themselves, they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. If you are looking to update your bathrooms I would suggest this company. They came and did the job and they did exactly what they promised. We are pleased that we chose Silverado.

Just had my roof redone, but the upper & lower roofs. Look great with the work done by Rhino. The also did work in the Master Bedroom, as there was a leak from the roof and 2nd floor A/C air handler in the attic. That turned out great, with sheet rock, texturing, painting and baseboard installation. Neat and caring work. Will use them again if I ever need work in the future.

We hired XLT to renovate 3 bathrooms in our house. They installed walk in shower, change the shower fixtures in master bathroom and install tile floor in all 3 bathrooms. We were very satisfied with the quality of materials provided and the installation work. We recommend to our friend and they renovated their master bath with XLT.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

Diamond Granite installed a new countertop on my outside patio bar. They did a terrific job. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner. The job was done for the estimated price. They communicated well every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.

So far , lots of delays. They order from Amazon which has stiffed them twice. Two months since we signed for two bathrooms. Nothing finished yet. I’ll review again when they finish. Btw, once Jeremy signs you up you won’t see him again.

Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

I am so pleased with the result of my kitchen renovation needed after water damage. The general contractor, Ken, closely monitored every phase of the project. The workmen he sent over for demo, flooring, cabinets, countertops, painting, and other jobs were friendly, professional, and completed their tasks in the estimated time.
