Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled.

Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad).

The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week.

Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. We had to make a design change during the process, and Premier was very responsive and turnaround on the new design did not delay the project at all. I had Retro Pro do the remodel on my kitchen in October. I always wait a couple of months before posting a review, because I like to make sure I really love it and find anything I don't love. From the beginning Eric and Angela were professional and prompt. I am not a veteran remodeler, and they walked me through the process made suggestions about product and layout. Once the work started I could not have been more pleased. Omar and his crew were the cleanest construction crew I have ever seen. They were prompt with showing up to work, stayed on schedule (even ahead of it) and before they left at the end of each day things were swept and put away. I loved the finished work, but the icing on the cake was when Eric came and took finished pictures, he noticed in the pictures that the drawer handles on two of the cabinets where not centered, he called me told me of the problem (I had not noticed them) and ordered new drawers. Best of all I know I have a warranty and would feel totally comfortable calling them is a problem does arise in the next year. Thank you Retro Pro for all the work.

DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.
