Just had them install new countertops and they did a phenomenal job. Keith responded to my questions right away and made the whole job easy. Prices were great too! They are fantastic and I highly recommend them!!!!

Sebastian and Vincent did a beautiful job installing our cabinets. I work in customer service and they were so personable, friendly, and professional when they completed my install. We look forward to working them again in the future for replacing and updating more cabinets in our home.

We are thrilled with the work Premier Kitchen & Bath did in our kitchen and laundry room. The project included new countertops and backsplash, new sinks and faucets, new laundry room floor, replacing a large range hood frame, and new appliances. Our designer, Aimee, was SO helpful in guiding us through the material selection process! And Kent, our project manager kept us constantly updated throughout the project. He responded to and resolved any unexpected scheduling or material issues in such a way that the project was never interrupted. Every worker involved was professional, courteous, on-time, and cleaned up afterwards. We absolutely recommend this company!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

Done a few projects with Chris now. Grest communication and follow through. No reason to look elsewhere!

Chris is a joy to work with. All of his designs are organic and so unique. He knows how to bring a clients visions to life. Such a talented designer. I wish there were more like him.

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

As an asset manager for an off campus student housing project, I am so thankful for having FHR at my side with numerous projects. Whether it's honesty, quality of work, affordabilty, or knowledge, FHR gets a 5 star every time.
I highly recommend these guys for any project, whether it be a ground up or a remodel.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible services. Owner of Dodge Ram truck driving around with no concern for anyone, anything or even himself. Be better buddy. Your attitude reflects in everything you do.
