Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.

Wanted to love this service as the reviews had been so good, but I had definite problems with the cost and response to my concerns. Originally quoted $272 for the repair of two items with the approximate time of 2 hours to complete. Only one item was able to be completed: the installation of a GFCI outlet. Electrician was there for a maximum of 40 minutes. My adjusted bill was $206, which I felt was exorbitant. Tried working with Elizabeth to adjust the bill and there was NO compromise, even after I called 6 electricians and got quotes between $125-$150. I will not be using this company again.

I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. We connected with XLT after reading their positive reviews on other sites. They responded promptly, spent time going over what we wanted and quoted a fair price.
They kept on schedule through the whole process and kept us involved in the design decisions. We liked the XLT team so much we hired them to complete a second project a month later.

DRC State of the Art built a little addition for me last year that included a bathroom. I’ll keep this short and to the point: my family and I have done a lot of work with contractors in our day and working with Dale Cox is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Point blank.

We had Retro Pro remodel our kitchen in our 1982 house in Tempe. Their work was excellent as always. They had done our master bath in 2009, I believe, and our guest bath a few years after that. They are not the cheapest but that is not really what you should be looking at. They don't start a job till they have ALL the supplies needed and the crew to do the work. Eric and Angela were professional and dedicated to helping us to get exactly what we wanted. Oscar and Blake our dedicated crew were wonderful. They always let us know when they were coming and kept us informed on the process of the job. Steve the project manager was always available to answer any and all questions. We are definitely happy with all the work that we have had them do on our home. Thank you Retro Pro. The Hudson's
