Lack of professionalism from the “security guard” at the Frys on 24th st and Camelback. Harassing my wife for parking in a public overflow underground parking garage about this “new rule” but didn’t address anyone else of this “new rule” that it’s only for employees only. How come no one else that parked down there was approached?

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
